At Aarke, we strive for perfection in every detail of your home carbonation experience; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your products within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your Aarke products in their original box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
